Return/ Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL:

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange/ or store credit. We do NOT offer refunds.

Once you have submitted your return/exchange with the link below, we will review your request. Please follow the return instructions below. Once we receive your item(s) back and they are accepted we will issue your store credit/ ship out exchanged items! Thank you so much!

*** we do not offer exchanges on different color sweatshirts/tshirts, as these are additional options available, and we will continue to offer new colors.

*** If you receive your item and a new size is needed. Bailey Made is not responsible for the shipping cost. 

Bailey Made will cover shipping 100% if it was a mistake on our end.

To be eligible for an exchange/store credit , your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If we receive your item and it has been worn or washed we will be unable to grant you the return/ exchange as we are unable to sell used items. 

We CAN NOT fulfill your return/ exchange until we receive your items, please mail the item back to us at the below address at your earliest convenience.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
